Overview Che'Bellezza Spa is hiring for skilled Barber/Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties - Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients - Offer advice on hair care and recommend appropriate products - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Maintain a clean and organized work station Skills - Proficient in hair styling techniques for various hair types and textures - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Experience: Barbering: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: License/certification (Required) Work Location: In person
