About the Opportunity:The Competitive Pricing Analyst 1 plays a key role in shaping pricing strategies by analyzing competitor pricing and market trends, primarily for information technology-based professional services. This position supports business development efforts by determining target prices that align with market expectations and customer spending patterns. The role is critical for enabling informed pricing decisions that impact proposal success and the organization''s competitiveness in the federal sector.3. Responsibilities:Conduct market analysis and financial reviews for proposal staffing modelsProvide pricing support through competitor analysis, indirect rate analysis, and price-to-win assessmentsBuild and update pricing models for proposalsDevelop pricing recommendations and present findings to senior managementCollaborate with capture managers, proposal managers, and executives on pricing developmentMaintain pricing documentation and ensure compliance with solicitation requirementsPerform cost analysis and estimates consistent with company policiesSupport capture and proposal teams by identifying pricing risks and interpreting requirementsConduct detailed labor category pricing analysis and salary survey researchMonitor competitive environment and industry trendsReview proposal pricing prepared by other analysts for quality assurance4. Requirements:U.S. Citizenship requiredAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or EnglishMinimum 1 year experience in research or analysisMinimum 1 year experience in corporate customer service and project supportMinimum 1 year experience in marketing, grant research, or web-based analysisProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteExperience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, industry statistics, and trade literaturePreferred:2+ years in competitive analysis and intelligence gatheringExperience with software development, technical writing, or project management documentationExperience in proposal development for federal enterprise technical solutionsExperience in capture, business development, or proposal development in the federal sectorDemonstrated professional writing skills5.
