Job Description Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist TeamWe are currently looking for a skilled and board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to become a part of our OB/GYN Hospitalist service located in Silvis, IL.What We OfferFull-time Employment: 7 in-house shifts of 24 hours each per month, with options for a flexible schedule, including part-time and PRN roles.Patient Care: Manage OB and GYN emergencies in the ER and labor & delivery, care for unassigned patients, and accept/manage transfers from smaller regional hospitals.On-call Duties: Provide after-hours call coverage for the OB/GYN practice.Surgical Facilities: Access to a dedicated surgical suite equipped with robotic technology.Birth Statistics: Approximately 600 births annually.Facility Features: Level II Nursery with 16 LDRP rooms.Compensation PackageShift Compensation: $4,709 per 24-hour on-site shift.Commencement Bonus: $150,000 upon joining.Loan Forgiveness: Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.Relocation Support: Up to $15,000 for moving expenses.CME Allowance: $6,000 for continuing medical education.Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contributions, and 457(b) plan—benefits commence on the first day of employment.Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided.QualificationsMD or DO degree.Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).Community OverviewThe Quad Cities, spanning six counties in Iowa and Illinois, is the largest metropolitan area along the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis.
