Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner located in the Lafayette, Indiana Metropolitan Area. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, manage acute and chronic medical conditions, and deliver urgent care as needed. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medication, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices. The role requires collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications Proficiency as a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in NursingExperience providing Primary Care services, including routine exams and chronic condition managementProven ability to deliver care in Urgent Care and acute medical scenariosIn-depth knowledge of Medicine and best practices in patient careStrong interpersonal communication and patient education skillsCurrent licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of IndianaMaster's degree in Nursing or related healthcare fieldBilingual communication skills and experience in community healthcare settings, a plus
