Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health Clinical Resource Therapists (Physical Therapists) are responsible for promoting the delivery of coordinated, comprehensive care to patients through the activities of assessment, planning, and provision of direct therapy care within the policies and standards of the Agency. In partnership with MaryFree Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a Physical Therapist including experience in home care setting is preferred.
