We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at a busy concrete plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating skid steers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes, and SkyTrak. This position is essential to keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently. If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are ready to start work immediately, we want to speak with you today!Job Duties:Operate skid steers, front-end loaders, backhoes, SkyTrak, mixers, excavators, and cranes safely and efficientlyMove raw materials and finished concrete products throughout the facilityElectrical PLC knowledge. (relays, contactors, sensors, switches), AC/DC circuits, voltageAssist with pouring, forming, and finishing concrete productsClean and prepare molds, forms, and work areasShovel, rake, and move materials such as sand, gravel, and debrisConduct daily equipment inspectionsPerform minor maintenance and report mechanical issuesFollow all OSHA and company safety guidelinesSupport production team to meet daily manufacturing goalsRequirements:Experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, loader, mixer, crane required)Manufacturing, concrete, or construction background preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceAble to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditionsApply Today!
