Are you a seasoned real estate asset manager with a strong track record of optimizing portfolios and driving growth? We are seeking a Senior Investment Portfolio & Asset Management Leader to oversee and elevate our real estate assets, leveraging advanced strategies and cutting-edge technology to maximize value and performance. What You'll Do: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor the asset and portfolio management team to achieve operational excellence. Develop and implement strategies that maximize portfolio value and align with long-term organizational goals. Drive team performance through process innovation, efficiency improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement & Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary liaison with key stakeholders, including co-owners and financial partners, to ensure seamless operations. Oversee capital accounts, anticipate capital needs, and resolve financing matters to optimize portfolio performance. Formulate strategic recommendations to enhance asset value and increase returns across the portfolio. Revenue & Financial Growth: Apply your deep expertise in real estate finance, taxation, and accounting to drive revenue, profit, and overall portfolio success. Maintain in-depth knowledge of local market trends, ensuring that our portfolio remains competitively positioned. Lead financing negotiations for acquisitions, refinances, and debt restructuring. Transaction & Lease Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from contract negotiation to closing, ensuring smooth and timely execution. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex lease agreements, LOIs, guarantees, and other key documents in partnership with legal counsel. Monitor lease renewals, rent escalations, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost efficiency. Review and analyze insurance policies and property tax matters, including appeals and property valuation adjustments. Technology & Operational Excellence: Leverage your experience with Yardi Voyager, AIR CRE Forms, and other industry software to streamline workflows and improve reporting. Collaborate with the CFO to enhance financial reporting systems, automate processes, and develop data-driven business insights. Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on market conditions and provide key insights to guide strategic decisions. Compile research for internal and external presentations, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Who You Are: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial and residential real estate with a proven ability to manage financial and operational aspects of large portfolios. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Licenses: Active Real Estate License (required). Software Proficiency: Expertise in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Google G-Suite, CoStar, and other industry tools. Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of real estate financing, loan structuring, and tax strategies (e.g., 1031 exchanges). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
