Virtual Patient Support Specialist

Support is provided, but not limited to, patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.This role will work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our Morrisville, NC office and 3 days remotely.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customersBuild rapport and establish positive relationships with patients by actively listening, empathizing, and demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and concernsIdentify and resolve patient issues or escalate to appropriate internal teams as neededMaintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and transactions in our contact center software systemAdhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to pharmaceutical contact center operations, including data privacy and security requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fieldsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiencesExperience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desired)Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed (desired)Benefits
