As we continue to scale operations, we are looking for a driven, construction-minded Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a growing operation, take ownership of projects, and help build something meaningful in your local community.The Restoration Project Manager will oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, and storm-related property damage. This role owns the full project lifecycle scope validation, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and final delivery. This is a field-forward, results-driven position for someone who understands how homes are built and can confidently manage multiple moving parts at once.We are looking for someone who:Has strong knowledge of residential construction systems (framing, MEP coordination, finishes, sequencing)Understands how scheduling decisions impact profitability and marginThinks ahead thoughtfully anticipating the next five steps rather than reacting to the next issueIs comfortable operating across multiple digital platforms (project management tools, CRM systems, estimating software)Learns new systems quickly and adapts as processes evolveIs coachable and open to feedbackWorks effectively within a leadership structureIs self-motivated, accountable, and willing to roll up sleeves in a growth environmentExperience with estimating software (Xactimate or similar) is a strong plus, but construction literacy and technology fluency are equally important.Why Join Paul Davis of SE NJ Shore? This role is designed for individuals motivated by ownership, accountability, and variable earning potential.Base + performance commission structureExpected earning potential: $65,000 $100,000+ annually, depending on production and performanceNo cap on earning potentialPTO and flexible schedulingCompany-provided technologyDirect mentorship and leadership accessHigh performers who consistently manage margins, scheduling, and client experience effectively will see strong upside growth. Working Conditions: This position requires both indoor and outdoor fieldwork. The role includes standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
