Job DescriptionThe Senior Director of Global Treasury & Capital Markets at ADI will lead the company's global treasury and capital markets function for a newly independent, publicly traded company. This role is responsible for establishing and operating best-in-class treasury infrastructure, optimizing liquidity and capital structure, managing financial risk, and supporting the company's strategic and regulatory obligations as a standalone public company.The role will be highly visible, with regular interaction with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, lenders, banks, rating agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution capability, with a strong appreciation for public-company governance, controls, and disclosure requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Stand-Up & Public Company ReadinessEstablish and lead the end-to-end treasury function for a newly independent public company, including policies, processes, systems, controls, and governanceDesign and implement treasury operating models appropriate for a standalone, publicly traded enterprisePartner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure SOX-compliant treasury controls and documentationSupport separation-related activities, including carve-out transitions, TSA exits, and stand-alone banking and liquidity structuresLiquidity & Cash ManagementOversee global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and short- and long-term cash planningOptimize working capital and cash deployment across domestic and international operationsImplement cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding structures as appropriateManage global banking relationships and rationalize bank account structuresCapital Structure & FinancingLead all capital markets and financing activities, including credit facilities, term loans, bonds, and other debt instrumentsDevelop and manage the company's capital structure strategy, balancing leverage, flexibility, credit metrics, and cost of capitalOwn lender and debt investor relationships, including covenant compliance, reporting, and ongoing communicationsPartner with senior leadership on refinancing, repricing, and amendment opportunitiesSupport rating agency engagement and analysis, as applicableFinancial Risk ManagementDesign and oversee interest rate, foreign exchange, and other financial risk management strategiesExecute and manage hedging programs in compliance with accounting and disclosure requirementsMonitor counterparty exposure and manage credit and concentration risksStrategic Finance & Enterprise SupportAct as a key thought partner to Strategic Finance and executive leadership on capital allocation, balance sheet strategy, and long-term financial planningSupport M&A, divestitures, and strategic investments, including deal financing and integration planningProvide treasury input into earnings materials, investor communications, and public disclosures as neededLeadership & Team DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing treasury team with strong technical, analytical, and business capabilitiesDrive continuous improvement in treasury systems, analytics, and reportingEstablish a culture of accountability, strong controls, and proactive risk managementMUST HAVE:12+ years of progressive experience in treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance, including leadership rolesDemonstrated experience supporting or operating within a publicly traded company environmentDeep expertise in debt financing, liquidity management, and financial risk managementExperience leading treasury stand-up, separation, or transformation initiatives strongly preferredStrong understanding of SOX controls, treasury accounting, hedge accounting, and public-company governanceProven ability to engage effectively with banks, investors, auditors, and executive leadershipWE VALUE:Executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly with senior management and external stakeholdersStrategic mindset combined with strong execution disciplineHigh integrity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in regulated environmentsStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-moving, newly independent companyCollaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functionsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation and incentive eligibility aligned to role levelComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits401(k) plan with company matchFlexible vacation policyParental leave and family-support benefitsEmployee assistance and wellbeing programsOpportunities for career growth and development within a global organizationExposure to senior leadership and the ability to make enterprise-level impact#LI-WD1 #HYBRIDAbout UsResideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
