We help families regulate their nervous systems so their kids sleep, their babies nurse, their bodies recover, and their lives feel possible again. We're growing fast — expanding our footprint, building a wellness café concept, and stepping into the next chapter of our brand.We need someone to own the story of that growth.This isn't a "post pretty pictures" role. This is a creative leadership seat for someone who wakes up with ideas, sees content opportunities in everyday clinic moments, and gets a little obsessed with making something land. You'll be the voice of the practice across Instagram, email, blog, and beyond — translating nervous system science and patient transformation into content that actually moves people to book.What you'll ownInstagram and Facebook — 5+ feed posts/week, 2-3 reels/week, stories daily. You're not waiting for direction; you're bringing the ideas.Facebook Group Management- Own and operate/moderate our facebook groups, comment in local groups for brand awarenessEmail marketing — weekly nurture emails, monthly campaigns, launch sequences for new offersBlog and SEO content — 1-2 long-form pieces per month anchored to local search and our specialtiesCampaign execution — seasonal campaigns (preconception, back-to-school nervous system, postpartum), webinar promo, community eventsInstagram Collabs and partnerships — outreach and execution with aligned local practitioners (midwives, doulas, pediatric dentists, lactation, etc.)Content analytics — you watch what's working, kill what's not, and bring me data-backed ideas monthlyBrand voice stewardship — within 60 days, you're writing in our voice without me editing every wordWho you areYou're a creator at heart. Your own social presence — personal or professional — shows taste and consistency. (We'll ask to see it.)You write well. Like, really well. Captions that hook, emails that feel like a friend texted, blogs that don't read like AI wrote them.You move fast and ship often. You'd rather post 5 good things than agonize over 2 perfect ones.You're a self-starter who hates being micromanaged — and you've earned the right to be left alone because you deliver.You're aligned with our mission. You believe in holistic, root-cause care. You don't need to be sold on chiropractic, perinatal wellness, or nervous system work — you already get it, or you're hungry to learn.You're emotionally intelligent.
