Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearJob description:The Law Firm Relations Associate plays a key role in expanding and strengthening the firm’s referral attorney network. This is a fully in‑office, relationship‑driven marketing position focused on building trust, driving growth, and ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for our referral partners.This role requires a proactive, organized, and personable professional who is comfortable representing the firm, cultivating long‑term relationships, and supporting ambitious growth goals through structured processes and thoughtful communication.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and sign new referral attorneys and law firms in support of the firm’s goal to expand its referral network.Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing referral partners to ensure long‑term engagement and trust.Serve as a consistent point of contact for referral attorneys, providing timely communication, follow‑up, and support.Manage, update, and maintain all referral partner data within CaseMind, ensuring accuracy, organization, and data integrity to support reporting and strategic initiatives.Handle all inbound attorney referrals received through digital channels, including web forms and email, and ensure prompt and accurate routing to the appropriate internal departments.Attend and represent the firm at local networking events, legal functions, and industry gatherings, while identifying and pursuing new networking opportunities.Produce and distribute value‑added content to partner firms, including newsletters, web content, social media collaborations, and cross‑marketing campaigns.Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics related to outreach and content distribution, using insights to optimize communication strategies.Collaborate closely with internal teams to align referral activity, marketing initiatives, and firm growth objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or firm relations.Law firm experience is required.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging attorneys and firm leadership.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.Key CompetenciesRelationship building and professional presenceStrategic thinking and follow‑throughTime management and prioritizationWritten and verbal communicationCollaborative mindsetWhy This Role MattersThe Firm Relations Associate directly supports the firm’s long‑term growth strategy by strengthening one of its most critical pipelines: trusted referral partnerships.
