Title: Agile Delivery LeadLocation: Brookhaven, GA on site 4 days per week. Local candidates only please.Compensation: $160K to $180KWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USJob Description:The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery and transformation across multiple agile squads supporting digital self-service portals, core platform modernization, contact center transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives. Reporting to the CIO (with a dotted line to the PMO Director and Operations Business Leader), this role serves as a critical bridge between business and IT aligning Product Owners, engineering teams, and external partners around shared priorities, measurable outcomes, and business value.This leader ensures delivery excellence across complex, parallel workstreams while advancing agile maturity, strengthening operating models, and enabling teams to perform at their best. The role requires a balance of hands-on delivery leadership, strategic alignment, and organizational influence driving clarity, transparency, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Delivery LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery across agile squads covering digital portals, platform modernization, contact center, and AI initiativesMaintain delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking across parallel workstreamsAlign internal teams and external partners around shared prioritiesPartner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized, business-aligned backlogs focused on MVP delivery and measurable outcomesAgile Leadership & CoachingReinforce Scrum and Lean-Agile practices; facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesMentor Scrum Masters and coach teams toward self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvementPromote pragmatic agile practices focused on outcomes over ceremonyStrengthening overall agile maturity across teamsPlatform Modernization & DeliveryLead modernization of core insurance platforms in complex, non-greenfield environmentsCoordinate fit-gap assessments, vendor alignment, and business requirements validation with Product OwnersManage integration planning, impact analysis, regression testing strategies, and delivery sequencingAI & Technology InitiativesSupport delivery of AI, GenAI, automation, and data platform initiativesAdapt agile practices for research-driven and iterative workPartner with data science, engineering, and architecture teams to balance experimentation with delivery commitmentsBusiness-IT Operating ModelEstablish a shared operating model between business and IT (joint sprint reviews, co-owned roadmaps, aligned practices)Facilitate alignment between Product Owners and business stakeholdersInfluence without formal authority and navigate change resistance across siloed teamsRelease Planning & ExecutionLead release planning across squads and value streams; manage dependencies and ensure production readinessPartner with engineering and operations to ensure stable releases and post-release stabilizationCommunicate release schedules, go/no-go decisions, and outcomes to stakeholdersEnsure structured handover to production support teams including stabilization and operational readinessStakeholder & Partner AlignmentPartner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business leaders to align delivery with strategyManage SI and platform partner governance including SOW accountability and escalation managementProvide CIO and senior leadership visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offsChange Management & AdoptionLead change management for new platforms and digital capabilitiesCoordinate training and enablement for business and operational teamsDrive adoption across business and IT organizationsMetrics, OKRs & Continuous ImprovementAlign delivery with OKRs, track predictability, throughput, and milestone progressUse metrics and retrospectives to drive continuous improvementPromote transparency through dashboards and stakeholder reportingSkillset / Experience:Located within commutable distance to Brookhaven, GA (hybrid)Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years in Agile delivery leadership roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Release Train Engineer, Technology Delivery Lead)Proven track record delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs across cross-functional business and IT teamsStrong knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and SAFeDemonstrated ability to influence without authority, stand up new squads, and manage complex cross-team dependenciesStrong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skillsProficiency in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent toolsSkills:Outcome-oriented mindset, connecting work to business valueStrong collaboration and ability to build trust across business, IT, and vendor teamsCuriosity and ability to navigate ambiguity and complex environmentsReliable execution and follow-throughAbility to bring structure and clarity in uncertain situationsCustomer- and business-impact focus, even within delivery detailsLeadership through enablement and team developmentClear, concise communication with leadership and steering committeesProactive risk identification and transparent communication of trade-offsAbout INSPYR Solutions:Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
