Cosmetologist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional beauty services and provide a welcoming experience for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with other experienced stylists in a busy salon that's been open for close to 40 years. We offer a wide range of treatments and products to enhance the beauty of our clients. We are a fun, family friendly salon. We all work together as a team. We offer flexible schedules. We are a hybrid salon with booth spaces for rent and stylists that work on commission. The commission is on a slide scale...so the more you make the more you get paid. We have a nail area for hand and feet services. We have a room available for other services like lash extensions, facials, waxing etc. We are a 10 station salon. Duties: - Provide a variety of beauty services. - Maintain a clean and sanitized environment to ensure the health and safety of our clients. - Offer retail sales of products and services to increase customer loyalty and revenue. - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including greeting clients warmly, answering the phone to schedule clients, and address any concerns. - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently and able to work as a team player. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry. Qualifications: - Current licensure as a Cosmetologist in the state.. - Excellent customer service skills. - Basic knowledge of hospitality principles and practices. - Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
