Production Formulation Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D and Formulation Support Specialist located in Hollywood, Florida. The individual in this role will help optimize formulations for manufacturing by selecting proper excipients, improving powder flow, assisting with mixing processes, and ensuring materials are production-ready for encapsulation. They will work closely with production, purchasing, and formulation teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support product development, and improve operational efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.Qualifications• Experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, or powder processing• Understanding of excipients, flow agents, fillers, and powder behavior• Experience with mixing, blending, and preparing materials for encapsulation• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in manufacturing environments• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to powder flow, sticking, separation, or weight variation• Strong organizational and communication skills• Experience working in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferred• Ability to work hands-on with production teams and equipment• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, Engineering, or related field preferred• Experience with capsule manufacturing or supplement formulation is highly desirable
