Hours: Part-timeRemote Hourly wage: $40-$50/hr General Summary: Under the supervision of the CEO and Director of Grants and Fiscal Intermediary Services, the Project Manager will serve in both a grants management and project management role with the Grants and Fiscal Intermediary Services team. The Project Manager will work with clients to execute collaborative projects and initiatives, while also supporting the maintenance of critical internal grants management systems. In addition, the Project Manager will offer support in the identification, development, submission, and management of grant opportunities. Last, this individual will provide administrative support to the CEO and Grants team as needed, and support grants compliance on behalf of Metro Solutions and Metro’s various clients. Typical Duties:1. Works with Metro Solutions clients to support the implementation of collaborative initiatives and projects. 2. Provides technical assistance to subgrantees or subawardees, including guidance on program requirements, reporting, compliance, and implementation support.3. Provides limited administrative support.4. Supports the maintenance of the internal grants management system.5. Participates in grant reporting, including quarterly and annual reports for funders as required.6. Identifies funding opportunities for clients and shares potential grant opportunities with appropriate staff.7. Coordinates the preparation of identified grant opportunities in accordance with timelines and funding requirements. This includes the gathering of necessary information, collaborating with clients on grant budgets, working in appropriate grant making platforms to complete and submit grant applications, and in some cases, writing grant applications. 8. Monitors program compliance for awarded grants and reports findings to appropriate staff. 9. Gathers pertinent information and prepares contracts related to fiduciary relationships, awards and subawards. 10. Attends internal and external meetings as designated. Qualifications:- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator that can handle client needs in a sensitive and professional manner. - Experience working with collaborative projects, coalitions, or multi-stakeholder tables, with the ability to facilitate meetings, guide discussion, and support group decision-making.- Individual should be detail oriented, organized, and able to manage a variety of projects and initiatives simultaneously. - Experience working in grants is preferred, but not required.
