Senior Program Manager

Overview In this role you lead complex IT and cyber operations programs for DoW missions, overseeing contract execution, program delivery, and governance across enterprise IT environments. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, sustain high‑quality service levels, and ensure security and policy compliance. With direct interface to government leadership, you shape strategic outcomes and drive continuous improvement in mission-critical systems. ResponsibilitiesLead contract execution including planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management, and customer engagementOversee day-to-day operations for systems administration, network administration, and service desk in secure DoW environmentsEnsure service delivery quality, performance, and SLA/compliance alignment with mission objectivesManage program resources, staffing, subcontractors, and workforce developmentProvide strategic leadership for enterprise IT and cyber operations initiativesInterface with Government leadership and technical teams to ensure mission alignmentApply knowledge of USCYBERCOM and AFCYBER processes to support cyber mission executionEnsure adherence to DAF cyber enterprise policies and security requirementsSupport operational readiness via process improvement, performance monitoring, and quality controlOversee troubleshooting of end-user devices, enterprise systems, and related servicesPrepare and present program status reports, metrics, and executive communications Key requirements10+ years of diverse IT federal program management experience5+ years leading programs in systems or service desk within Federal or DoW environments5+ years managing large-scale projects using Waterfall and AgileSignificant knowledge of DAF cyber enterprise policies and standardsExperience with end-user device configurations and enterprise support operationsActive Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCIPMP certificationITILv4 Foundations or Specialist (preferred)CISSP or CISM certificationstrong leadershiporganizational skillsexcellent communicationenterprise IT and cyber operationssystems administrationnetwork administration
