Project Manager / Superintendent – Residential RebuildsAltadena / East Los Angeles, CA Salary range: $150K+ DOE + Bonus + company vehicleLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASEWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Manager / Superintendent to help manage multiple residential rebuild projects throughout the Altadena / Los Angeles area.This role is heavily focused on trade coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, and homeowner communication. The right person knows how to keep multiple projects moving at once, stay ahead of scheduling issues, and maintain strong communication with both trades and homeowners throughout the rebuild process.This is NOT a hands-on construction role. The company subcontracts nearly all trades and self-performs framing only.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate all subcontractors and trade scheduling across multiple active residential rebuild projects Work from subcontractor/vendor lists provided by the Santa Rosa office Call and schedule trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, finishes, etc. Ensure each home is fully ready before the next trade begins work Manage framing schedules and oversee framing foreman activities Support framing layout coordination and lumber-related decisions when needed Walk projects regularly to ensure quality, readiness, and completion of work Sign off on completed phases before moving to the next stage Maintain strong communication with homeowners through weekly progress updates Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently across multiple locations simultaneously What We’re Looking ForStrong residential construction backgroundExperience coordinating subcontractors and managing schedulesKnowledge of framing and lumber processesAbility to manage multiple projects and moving pieces at onceExcellent communication and follow-through skillsStrong organizational skills — this role requires constant coordinationComfortable communicating directly with homeowners weeklyLeadership presence with subcontractors and field teamsBilingual Spanish/English is a strong plusWhat This Role IsTrade coordination & scheduling heavyField-based leadership roleHomeowner-facingFast-paced, multi-project environmentManaging execution from phase to phaseWhat This Role Is NOTNo hands-on tool workNo estimating or biddingNo office-only PM roleProject Pipeline22 homes under contract 11–12 active rebuilds currently in production Additional homes moving into permitting and construction If you’re someone who thrives on organization, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and keeping residential projects moving — this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing rebuild operation making a meaningful impact in the Altadena community.
