Senior Electrical Project Manager
Position SummaryThis role oversees the planning and execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and company objectives. The Senior Electrical Project Manager provides strategic leadership across multiple projects, maintains safety and quality standards, drives financial performance, and develops project teams.ResponsibilitiesLead multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDefine scope, schedules, and budgets while managing risk and long‑lead itemsOversee estimating, cost control, and overall financial performanceEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable codes and regulationsCoordinate with clients, GCs, engineers, and inspectors to deliver high‑quality workPlan and allocate labor, materials, and subcontractors effectivelyLead contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMentor and oversee project teams, Project Manager(s), and Assistant Project Manager(s) while driving safety, productivity, and profitabilityQualifications & Skills 10+ years managing commercial electrical work requiredRunning at least $5 million projects requiredPrograms experience preferred:ProcoreComputer Ease /DeltekTrimble AccubidBluebeamClearstoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in team environmentAbility to present in a professional manner and represent the company imageWORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed primarily in an office environment.
