The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.✅ Must-Have Skills:✔ Active Montana RN License✔ BLS & ACLS Certifications (required)✔ Strong Med-Surg / Acute Care experience✔ Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently (5:1 ratio)✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience Required:✔ Minimum 3 years Med-Surg experience✔ Experience with adult patient populations Key Responsibilities:• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)• Provide care for both medical and post-surgical patients• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes• Assist with discharge planning and patient education• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Support precepting and mentoring of staff when neededCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296120.
