Supervisor Packout OperationsPay Rate: $27.00/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PMPosition OverviewThe Supervisor will partner closely with the Site Leader to oversee daily packout operations and manage the Packout staff. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven people management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive accuracy, organization, and performance in a production environment.This position includes direct people management responsibilities and is ideal for a candidate who leads from the floor, supports their team, and ensures operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage, coach, and support staff, including day-to-day supervision and performance oversightCollaborate with the Site Leader to ensure staffing, productivity, and operational goals are metMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityTrain new employees and support ongoing development of team membersAddress issues promptly using sound decision-making and problem-solving skillsEnsure clear communication across the team and with leadershipSupport process improvements and help drive consistent execution of standard workRequired QualificationsPrevious people management experience with direct reports (required)Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and WordStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to make decisions and resolve problems effectivelyExperience training and mentoring employeesComfortable working hands-on in a production or manufacturing environment
