Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations in Carmel, IN. The Director of Nursing will oversee patient care services, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and implement effective care delivery protocols. Responsibilities include managing nursing teams, coordinating long-term care efforts, maintaining infection control standards, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver optimal medical care. Qualifications Strong background in Nursing and Medicine, with a focus on patient-centered care excellenceProven experience in Nursing Management and Long-term Care leadershipExpertise in Infection Control protocols and best practicesDeep understanding of clinical regulations and healthcare compliance standardsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related fieldExceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skillsPrevious experience in infusion services or home healthcare is a plus
