Portfolio Compensation• $30+/active door, per month • Target portfolio size: 75-125 doors as proficiency develops • 100 doors = $3,000+/month recurring base • 200 doors = $6,000+/month recurring base Your income scales with performance and portfolio growth. RequirementsActive Arizona Real Estate License (required)• Member in good standing with local real estate association and MLS • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital workflows • Strong communication and advisory skills • Independent contractor mindset This is a 1099 role. You are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and production.
