MIG Welder Fabricator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm) Welder fabrication of industrial handrails, ladders, and stairs in a fast-paced shop environment. Perform MIG welding and fabrication of structural components Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools Operate shop equipment including brake press, hand brakes, shears, saws, and forklifts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with other shop duties as needed MIG Welder Fabricator Qualifications: Proven experience as a MIG welder/fabricator (required) Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Solid measuring and math skills Ability to operate various fabrication equipment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic, reliable transportation Welder test will be required during the hiring process (not at initial interview stage) Applicant may be subject to a background check *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
