WeQuel is looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 on behalf of one of our clients a global leader in the automotive industry. You will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and development teams — translating complex operational needs into structured backlogs, functional specifications, and delivery roadmaps within the Order‐to‐Delivery domain.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product vision and roadmap for D365 within the assigned domainPrioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, risk, and dependenciesDefine scope and make decisions on functional prioritiesAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teamsEnsure solutions are scalable and aligned with architectural standardsBusiness AnalysisAnalyze and document current and future‐state business processesElicit, structure and translate requirements into user stories and functional specificationsFacilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessionsSupport solution design with architects and development teamsEnsure traceability between requirements, solutions and business outcomesContribute to test planning, UAT and acceptance activitiesRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in ERP environmentsHands‐on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong understanding of end‐to‐end business processes, preferably Order‐to‐DeliveryExperience in requirements management and process modelingSolid background xevrcyc in agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe or similar)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in EnglishMeritingExperience within manufacturing or automotive industryFamiliarity with D365 F&O / Supply Chain Management modulesCertifications such as PSPO, SAFe or Microsoft DynamicsExperience working with Azure DevOps or JIRASwedish language skillsAssignment DetailsStart: May 2026Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Södertälje, SwedenSetup: Hybrid – 3 days/week on‐site
