Laborer / Apprentice
The Third Element is hiring for an entry level laborer position. We are seeking an individual with ambition and a mechanical aptitude looking to build a career as a tradesman in the electrical field as this role will transition into an electrical apprentice.

* *Role Type:* Entry-level / Training
* *Supervision:* Works under the direct guidance of journey-level or master electricians
* *Goal:* Learn trade skills, enroll in the electrical apprenticeship at the JATC, complete required classroom hours, and advance to become a licensed electrician
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Site Labor:* Dig trenches, backfill holes, set up job site barricades, and clear debris.
* *Material Preparation:* Material deliveries including proper loading of materials in trailers. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand and power tools.
* *Maintenance:* Organize job sites, maintain cleanliness of shop and job sites, stock truck supplies, and maintain tools.
* *Safety & Compliance:* Follow OSHA standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* *Education:* High school diploma or GED
* *Physical Demand:* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
* *Skills:* Basic math proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and a strong willingness to learn. Welding knowledge (preferred, not required). Haul Trailers (training provided)
* *Requirements:* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites. Willing to travel as necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age, able to communicate well and be organized.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
