Financial Analyst

Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis activities. This role works closely with department leaders to develop accurate financial plans, evaluate business performance, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
Collaborate with business units to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Conduct variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and business cases.
Analyze revenue trends, cost drivers, and margins to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
Support long-range strategic planning with detailed financial analysis.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to department heads and senior leadership.
Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to guide business decisions.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
Support implementation or optimization of FP&A tools, ERP, and business intelligence
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.
Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred
