Mangan, Inc. is a nationally recognized electrical power, safety, and control systems engineering firm and is seeking qualified Program Leadership in Sugar Land, TX, to aid Mangan’s growing electrical power, safety, and control systems offerings.Key Experience & Skills10+ years’ project management experience in the engineering field; electrical power, safety, and control systems experienceStrong experience with major EPC and Downstream Petrochemical/Refinery operationsProficiency with project controls, including scope, schedule, and budget management is requiredAdept at the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and ProjectHighly effective at written and verbal communications to both internal and external stakeholders, ranging from junior Mangan resources to executive client leadership.Excellent attention to detail and quality assuranceAbility to work independently, but willing to seek guidance when neededBasic knowledge of sound engineering principles and practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with regular priority changesEducationBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil EngineeringProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferredProfessional Engineer (P.E.)
