The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities:* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. * Provide recommendations and upsell items based on guest preferences. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining room. * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders. * Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. * Uphold the image and standards of the establishment at all times. *Requirements:* * Proven experience as a server and/or bartender preferred. * Knowledge of mixing drinks and beverage service techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. * Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and cash handling. * Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Certification in responsible alcohol service (where applicable) is a plus. * Must be able to work weekends (discluding sunday's) *Benefits:* * Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. * Employee discounts on food and beverages.
