Position Summary: The Retail Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring an exceptional customer and team experience. You will lead and motivate the team on the floor, maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence, and act as a liaison between budtenders and management. As a Supervisor, you’ll foster a culture of teamwork, education, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness for operation Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and support to budtenders Ensure full compliance with all state cannabis regulations and internal policies Support inventory management: intake, cycle counts, and loss prevention Assist with onboarding and training new employees Monitor staff performance and uphold service standards Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly Accurately handle cash management and POS reconciliations Communicate effectively with the General Manager on staffing, operations, and customer feedback Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store Support operational reporting as required Qualifications: 3+ years of cannabis industry experience (preferred) 3+ years of retail/hospitality industry experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of cannabis products and state regulations Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + bonuses Leadership development and advancement opportunities Cannabis industry training and education A positive, inclusive, and team-focused workplace Health Insurance Benefits Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
