If this excites you, we'd love to have you join us.As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include:Check prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and physician instructionsIdentify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating proactively with healthcare providers to recommend formulary substitutions when deemed appropriateCollaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomesProvide prospective drug utilization review (DUR) to maintain high quality assurance practicesDeliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questionsMeet pharmacy services service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy/quality targetsRequirements:Valid New York pharmacist license in good standing requiredYou have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, retail pharmacy setting is preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesYou have a strong passion for helping people and delivering exceptional patient care outcomes and can work flexible pharmacy hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays if neededYou are available to work within the following hours: Full Time Overnight Sundays - Thursdays (Four 10 hour shifts a week) Sunday 7:30pm to 5:30am or 8pm to 6am Monday to Wednesday 6pm to 4am or 7pm to 5am.What We Offer:The starting anticipated earnings for this position is $120,000/year.
