This position supports payroll compliance, vendor payments, expense reporting, and financial documentation across multiple practice sites. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced, detail driven healthcare environment and will proactively identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues rather than completing tasks in a purely mechanical way.
Position Overview
As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily financial operations are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Controller and practice leadership to support payroll, accounts payable, expense reporting, and financial recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, reconcile, and submit 401k contribution files within required timelines
Monitor Accounting and Invoice email inboxes daily and ensure all items are properly submitted, entered, or escalated
Submit and approve vendor invoices following US Oncology requirements and confirm successful processing
Track invoice status and follow up to prevent missed or delayed payments
Process employee and leadership expense reports within required timeframes
Prepare basic reports, schedules, and reconciliations in a clean, organized, and professional format
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
Support the Controller with financial and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related business field with demonstrated accounting experience
One to three years of accounting, payroll, or finance related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with Excel and ability to learn basic accounting systems
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Regular sitting/standing, manual dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination.
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
Normal corrected vision and hearing.
Standard office environment with interaction among staff, patients, and the public.
