Responsibilities include performing detailed property inspections, assessing building systems, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Home Inspector will interact with property owners, buyers, and agents to communicate inspection results effectively. The role involves managing inspection schedules and maintaining thorough records to support property evaluations.QualificationsExpertise in Property Inspections and general Inspection processesStrong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate professionally with clientsAttention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and comprehensive inspection reportsProficiency with safety regulations and building codesAbility to work independently with a high level of reliability and accountabilityState licensure or certification in home inspection (or willingness to obtain certification unless already required)Experience in construction, real estate, or a related profession is a plus
