Customer Service Representative - 3 to 5 years Customer Service REQUIRED

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 yrs experience in providing exceptional customer support, handling client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new services Process transactions such as cash handling and data entry with high accuracy Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve departmental goals Requirements Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to clarity and professionalism Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience with cash handling is a plus Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customer bases Expected hours: 38.0 – 43.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Experience: Customer Service: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
