Lead Engineer - Full Stack

To support the growth of the company, the full-time remote Lead Engineer - Full Stack will own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions, guide a distributed engineering team, and drive technical strategy aligned with product goals across web and API layers. Key responsibilities Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the Angular application and related APIs/services Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, fostering a strong engineering culture and accountability Drive technical roadmap decisions and align them with product goals, timelines, and the broader engineering organization Required qualifications A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on full-stack development Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and experience with high-transaction systems Proven full-stack capability with experience in cross-browser and cross-platform development Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across time zones with strong personal accountability Experience with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies
