A company is looking for a Copier Support Desk Technician I to provide remote technical support for copiers and related devices. Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support to diagnose and resolve issues with copiers, printers, and multifunction devices Assist with remote installation, configuration, and software updates of copiers and related equipment Maintain detailed records of support interactions and collaborate with onsite technicians as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience repairing and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and MFPs preferred Knowledge of copier and printer functionality, components, and common issues Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
