Please share your updated resume, and I'll reach out to schedule a convenient time to connect.Job Title: Travel & Expense Operations Analyst Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in office) Duration: Long Term contract Requisition #: 549838The Travel & Expense Operations Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of expense systems, processes, and the corporate travel program. This role includes oversight of expense reporting, corporate card programs, and systems such as Concur and CWT. The analyst will review and evaluate travel-related expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Primary ResponsibilitiesCorporate Card ProgramLead the corporate card program, including card issuance and deactivationProvide training on Corporate Travel Policy, Concur, and travel processesConcur / CWT / Expense ManagementManage end-to-end processes within Concur and CWT systemsMaintain travel help desk tickets and respond to user inquiriesOversee corporate card accounts, including new requests and monthly paymentsDevelop and deliver training materials and user guidesVerify accuracy and completeness of expense documentationEnsure audit rules, reminders, and reports function correctly and align with policyPerform audits of expense reports to ensure compliancePrepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsLiaise with vendors on reporting requirements and enhancementsTroubleshoot system integration issues between NetSuite and ConcurMaintain data integrity through system audits and process reviewsReporting & AdministrationCoordinate with Procurement to maintain approval workflowsCollaborate with Finance, HR, and managers to resolve discrepanciesPrepare monthly KPI reports and analyze expense data trendsSupport Sunshine Act/Transparency compliance documentationAggregate and analyze data for management reporting (monthly/quarterly)Recommend and implement process improvementsSupport internal and external audits, including year-end schedulesHandle ad hoc reporting and special projectsRequirements SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience, including travel and expenseProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with SAP Concur, NetSuite, and SAP is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of general accounting principles and proceduresHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to handle confidential financial informationStrong work ethic, flexibility, and sense of urgencyAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong customer service and interpersonal skills
