This is a bootstrapped environment: high ownership, fast iteration, and meaningful upside for people who help build the engine. This is highly disruptive with great upside. The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced risk and OSINT expert who can lead OSINT collection management and help shape risk intelligence product development—with a strong focus on physical security risk assessments, monitoring, and operationally relevant reporting.What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end OSINT collection lifecycle: requirements (PIRs/IRs) → collection plans → validation → synthesis.Build collection workflows that support:Physical security risk assessments (site/event/personnel context, threat environment, vulnerabilities, relevant SIGACTs)Monitoring and threat triage (protective intelligence support, escalation criteria, indicator tracking)Risk intelligence product development (repeatable datasets, structured outputs, taxonomy, QA standards)Produce evidence-based intelligence briefs: clear BLUFs, defensible claims, traceable sourcing, confidence calls.Create SOPs/templates to scale quality and speed across analysts and products.What We’re Looking ForSignificant experience in OSINT investigations and collection management (public records, corporate research, social, geospatial, litigation, niche sources).Strong background in risk intelligence / protective intelligence and security operations relevance.Excellent analytical writing—structured, concise, and decision-oriented.High ownership mindset; comfortable in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.Preferred: GSOC/EP support, threat management experience, structured analytic techniques, and OSINT toolingHiring Process (Required)Multiple interviews, possible samplesApply on LinkedinScreening questions will apply, please answer truthfully.Please do not apply if you need immediate salary!
