Product Line ManagerThe Product Line Manager is responsible for managing products currently on the market, with a strong focus on increasing profitability and market penetration of existing offerings, as well as developing derivative products. This role serves as a key bridge between commercial and operations teams by translating business objectives into clear product requirements. The Product Line Manager supports existing products and components throughout their lifecycle, from market introduction through manufacturing and ongoing production. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure productivity, quality, and delivery expectations are consistently met.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwns product support throughout product lifecycleCoordinates the creation and distribution of product specific training content.Coordinates the creation and distribution of product specific advisories and communications (i.e., product advisories, product releases, technical bulletins etc.)D&O identification within product line and collaborate with D&O specialist for execution of D&O processProduct forecasting, stock levels for new productsManages and facilitates product changes and releasesUnderstands competitive landscape of product line and drives initiatives to maintain market leadership positionDefines value proposition and works with commercial teams and Marketing to develop necessary tools for Sales efficiencyResponsible for execution of base price setting - coordinated with marketing and senior product line managersManages pricing and salability of assigned products and associated spare parts in SAP derivative product development (nVision) initiatives specific to product responsibilitiesSingle point of contact for products - Deliver day-to-day product support to commercial organizations worldwide.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree required, preferably in a business or engineering related field; 3-5 years of relevant professional experienceStrong technical skill demonstrating ability to communicate product capabilities, attributes and valuesPreferred Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to actionStrong business acumen and the ability to effectively present the organization and its products and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customersStrong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsCombination of strong technical background and business acumenHigh level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential, PowerBI is a plus; SAP experience strongly preferredWorking Conditions and Physical DemandsOffice environment.
