Job Title: Electrician Location: El Paso, Texas Type: Contract Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: (Not specified) Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and clients. Assist in planning and scheduling work activities. Requirements Prior experience in construction management or supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
