Program Manager

Our client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team! This is a strategic opportunity to drive large-scale IT initiatives and ensure program goals align with enterprise-wide business objectives.Location: 100% Remote, but candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA Pay: $65/hour W2Here is what you will be doing: Define the program vision and roadmap to ensure all project workstreams align with company strategic objectives.Lead cross-functional project teams and workstreams, serving as the driving force for execution and roadblock removal.Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to maintain quality and executive-level visibility.Manage program budgets, risks, and dependencies while partnering with change management for successful solution rollouts.Ensure program goals align with strategic objectives while defining the vision and roadmap for intended business outcomes.Coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams to drive alignment across technology, finance, and various business departments.Lead project teams through planning and execution while serving as the driving force for all project activities.Here is what our ideal candidate has:12+ years of experience driving operational excellence through complex project and program management.Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field is required.Professional certification such as PMP or PgMP with a deep understanding of PMI Program Management standards is required.Strong sense of urgency and the ability to take full ownership of large initiatives without guidance.Proven track record of managing multiple programs and navigating complex problems with autonomy.Excellent leadership communication skills and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.Technical adaptability with tools like Workday and Adobe Workfront.Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite, including Project and Visio, for detailed planning and documentation.Ability to provide concrete examples of prior work that demonstrate a clear understanding of program-level success.
