You will lead both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, working closely with your team to deliver great food, great service, and strong sales performance.We are looking for a manager who is humble, responsible, dependable, and hands-on—someone who is happy to cook, clean, organize, train, and problem-solve together with the team, especially during busy times.What You'll Be DoingKitchen Leadership (Core Focus)Work daily in the kitchen, including prep, cooking, plating, and rush executionEnsure food quality, consistency, and portion standards are always metLead by example during peak hours, weekends, and closing shiftsCleanliness & Food SafetyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environmentPersonally participate in and lead deep cleaning tasks (fryers, equipment, stations, storage areas)Ensure food safety standards, logs, and procedures are followed at all timesKeep the kitchen inspection-ready every dayInventory & OrganizationManage inventory levels, ordering, FIFO rotation, and waste controlKeep storage areas clean, labeled, and well-organizedEnsure products are always available so guests never leave disappointedFront of House & Guest ExperienceOversee daily front-of-house operations and service flowSupport and train FOH staff to provide friendly, efficient serviceStep in to help during busy periods when neededSales & Store PerformanceMonitor daily sales and identify opportunities to improve performanceHelp the team execute promotions, upselling, and service improvementsImprove speed, accuracy, and overall guest satisfactionTeam DevelopmentTrain, coach, and support both BOH and FOH team membersBuild a positive, respectful, and hardworking team cultureLead with patience, fairness, and consistencyNice to HaveServSafe Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experienceExperience improving operations or sales performanceWhat We're Looking ForHands-on kitchen experience (you have cooked, prepped, and cleaned in a real kitchen)Previous leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant environmentA strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitudeSomeone who takes responsibility and pays attention to detailsWilling and able to commute to Miami Beach dailyBilingual in English and SpanishComfortable leading both kitchen and front-of-house teamsCompensation:Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year Benefits: Paid parking • Free staff meal every shiftLocation: 1555 SW 8TH ST MIAMI BEACH, FL 33135
