Laser & Press Brake Operator- 2nd Shift

Working as an intricate part of our Laser & Brake Press team you will help in the programming, setup, operating and maintenance of our Trumpf Lasers & Brake Press Machines. The ideal candidate will be flexible to be moved between all machines on an as-needed basis. This individual must be willing to work 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday (4 days per week). In addition, all 2nd shift positions receive a $4.00 shift premium. Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare materials for fabrication Follow blueprints to meet product specifications Setup and Operate Laser Machines & Press Brakes Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Must be able to accurately read blueprints Must exhibit a clear understanding of the metric system and proficient math skills General Requirements: Self-motivated Able to work independently and in a team setting Exhibit problem solving capabilities Willing to work overtime as deemed necessary by the company GROB offers a competitive wage as well as an excellent benefit package including vacation, health, prescription, dental, vision, STD, life, 401K, and shift premiums.
