The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise development background and the ability to independently design and develop solutions while collaborating with architects and other technical teams.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in enterprise software development.Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.Strong experience with Apache Kafka.Recent, hands-on AWS experience is required.Strong backend development experience with minimal frontend responsibilities.Ability to work independently on technical solutions and development initiatives.Experience collaborating with solution architects and technical stakeholders.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Angular or React.Experience with Python.Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.Experience working with AI/ML technologies or AI-powered applications.Experience participating in system design and architecture discussions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Build and integrate REST APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka.Develop and support cloud-based applications using AWS services.Work closely with architects to define and implement scalable technical solutions.Independently analyze requirements and develop effective solutions.Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.Contribute to the team's use of AI and cloud technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
