Software Engineer

What you'll be doing- the day-to-dayThe Software Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying features to meet user and business needs. This position demands a hands-on, team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer focus, and exceptional follow-up skills. The Software Developer reports directly to the Development Manager on an agile software development team. Core responsibilities include:Design and develop complex technical solutions that encompass multi-tier web applicationsDesign and ensure compliance with underlying principles and architectures of IT software systemsIncorporate system development tools and methods into an integrated development environmentContribute to the ongoing development of strategic information technology plansDocument system functionality for ongoing support and assist in the development of end-user documentationProvide ongoing support and problem identification/resolution of system problemsWork using Test Driven Development in an Agile environmentWho you are- The essentials and desirables Full-stack development experience3+ years of recent hands-on development experience with C# .NETRecent hands-on experience building REST endpoints with .NET MVCHands-on experience and a solid understanding of Angular 8+ and/or AngularJSSolid understanding of ORMs like Dapper / Entity FrameworkSolid understanding of MS SQLBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.NET Core 2.2+AWS Elastic Search, P3, DynamoDB experience a plus
