Technical Platform Director (Builders Welcome) RoleMost engineering leadership roles drift into meetings, org charts, and distance from the work. This one is different. At pmtbox (“Payment Box”), we’re building a fintech platform that improves business outcomes for enterprises across their customers’ commerce journey. We’re a VC-backed company with over 1,000 active clients, a small team, and real momentum. We’re looking for a Technical Platform Director who still thinks like a builder. This is a role for someone who can lead engineers, shape the platform, and stay close enough to the product and code to matter. If you’ve become too far removed from building, or never want to be, this won’t be the right fit. In this role you will own execution for the platform that powers our products.
