We have delivered over 100% year-over-year growth for multiple years and are on track to double our size by the end of 2026.We believe in building long-term partnerships—not transactional sales—and in developing ambitious talent through hands-on mentorship and real-world exposure.The OpportunityWe are seeking an aggressive, high-energy sales hunter to join Koantek as a Business Development Representative, focused on manufacturing accounts across the Midwest.This is a field-driven role for someone who wants to be onsite with clients, walking manufacturing floors, building relationships with business, IT, and data leaders, and earning trust through presence and curiosity.
