Receptionist

Our client is seeking a receptionist to join their New York City office. This individual will support daily front desk operations, including setting up conference rooms, answering and directing calls, taking messages, and ensuring guests are properly checked in through security. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors, so a warm, professional presence and ability to build report are important. Must-Haves:2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role Ability to manage front desk responsibilities independently, including handling calls, coordinating guests, and supporting day to day office needs Professional, polished demeanor with a positive attitude Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests and internal teams Plusses:Experience in real estate, asset management, financial services, or a luxury environment
