The Cash Management Analyst supports center cash operations by analyzing daily cash levels, monitoring bank activity, coordinating armored carrier services, and managing currency orders. This is a fast-paced analytical role that supports operational efficiency across ACE centers. Saturday hours are required one to two times per month, with equivalent time off during the week. Major Responsibilities: Analyze daily center cash levels and usage trends to determine appropriate cash levels. Reconcile cash deposits to monitor bank activity and potential identify fraud. Review and analyze center cash forecast for accuracy and timely cash flow. Research and resolve cash deposits exceptions issues with field and partner bank. Monitor armored carrier delivery for performance and identify, resolve, and report inefficiencies. Support center cash operations by communicating with field support and district managers Performs other related duties as required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work. QualificationsEducationPreferredBachelor's Degree or better in Accounting or related field. ExperiencePreferred2 years: Experience in treasury, banking, or related financial operations, preferred. Must have the ability to work with a team. Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and organization skills. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AS400.
