HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Bluffton, IN, United States Type: Contract  ResponsibilitiesSupport HR Services functions including talent acquisition administration, responding to customer inquiries, advising on HR policies, and executing transactions.Assist with daily attendance tracking, FMLA administration reports, and onboarding/orientation support, including preparing documentation and conducting presentation.Manage insurance enrollment/billing administration, employee support requests, and act as backup for front desk/phone support.Respond promptly to employee calls, emails, and mail using SAP CRM and SuccessFactors, providing guidance on HR-related topics and benefits.Administer global HR transactions in SAP HR and SuccessFactors, including address changes, new hires, reimbursements, and employment verification.Maintain and create process documentation, HR guides, and knowledge articles tailored to regional HR processes and communicate updates through the employee website.RequirementsMicrosoft Office experience requiredKnowledge of HRIS systems, SAP HR and SAP CRM; SuccessFactors preferredFluent in spoken and written English; Haitian Creole or Spanish a plusStrong communication, presentation, and training skillsTeam player with ability to promote a professional work environmentExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects independentlyProblem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilitiesAbility to coach/train employees on processes and proceduresFlexibility to work day shifts, with some evenings or early mornings to support a 24/7 Plant System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
